My wife also had a garnet bracelet that she had brought in for repair nearly 10 years before and (life happens) lost track of. Andy still had it there and didn't charge anything for keeping it. He could have charged and would have been justified in doing so, but he just smiled. Today he took care of her link bracelet in more than reasonable fashion and we will definitely be back. Andy, you and your staff are Aces. Thank you!!!!!
