  My wife and I have been trying to get our bathroom renovated by Adairs Brunnerville Carpet. We asked for a measurement for a quote then waited 3-4 weeks after the measurement date until we finally called. They got back to us within 24 hours with the quote; feels like we were forgotten about. We then promptly went to pick out the tile for the bathroom. The pricing was not available that evening so we were told they would get back to us with the actual quote within a day or two. It has been two weeks and we are still waiting. So we began this process more than six weeks ago and we are still in the same place with the bathroom. I would love to write about how they did a wonderful job and that we love our new bathroom, but at this rate I will probably just look else where. My biggest fear would be that they rip out our bathroom and forget about us. It seems par for the course. It saddens me because they came highly recommended and I prefer to support local business.
